Upstairs on the second level, the open-concept living room and kitchen create a bright and welcoming space for gathering, with a private balcony overlooking the intracoastal waters—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.
The third floor is home to the primary suite and additional guest bedroom, both thoughtfully furnished with king-size beds for maximum comfort. The spacious primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony with beautiful water views, creating a serene escape at the end of the day.
