The Apartment:

The Turmfalke apartment is a cozy 53 m² apartment with a separate bedroom and a cozy balcony, ideal for up to 5 people.

Past the entryway, a staircase leads you to the cozy living area. Here you’ll find a large smart TV, a selection of games to enjoy together, plenty of books, and a dining table that seats up to 5 people. For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a baby or toddler high chair upon request. From the living area, you’ll have access to the newly redesigned balcony with a table and chairs—here you can relax or wind down at the end of the day.

Back in the living area, we come to the open, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more. It’s the perfect place to cook and enjoy meals together.

Next, we head to the small but charming shower room. A hair dryer, as well as shampoo and shower gel, are of course provided.

From there, you’ll enter the bedroom. Here you’ll find a double bed, a bunk bed, and a spacious closet. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom can be completely darkened with external roller shades.
Upon request, we can also provide a travel crib.

Your dog is very welcome here—after all, he’s part of the family. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we have just one small request.
Your furry friends are welcome to roam freely throughout the apartment; we simply ask that the couch and bed be reserved for our two-legged guests.

As guests of our vacation rental, you have access to the entire resort.

You can use the following facilities free of charge:

- Outdoor pool with a slide in the summer

- Shared ski/bike storage room

You’ll find the equipment for mini-golf and table tennis in the apartment.

For a fee, the facility also offers

Surroundings:

The health resort of Sankt Englmar lies at the foot of the Pröller and Predigtstuhl mountains.

Numerous hiking and walking trails through the forests and meadows begin right outside the door. Here, children can explore nature, collect sticks, and go on little adventures, while adults enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful scenery. The area is also ideal for walking the dog. In winter, the region transforms into a small winter paradise with ski slopes, toboggan runs, and cross-country ski trails.

There are many great places to visit nearby for families. Particularly popular are the treetop trail with its impressive views above the treetops, the exciting hands-on museum Bayerwald Xperium, and the tobogganing and recreation paradise with its thrilling summer toboggan run and many other rides. This is just a small glimpse of the many great options available.

Please note that the swimming pool is expected to be closed from November 16 through December 20 due to renovation work.
You can use the sauna and fitness room as usual during this time—so you can still enjoy relaxing and active moments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that a visitor’s tax applies to your stay. This tax is €1.40 per person per night for children (ages 6–15) and €2.30 per person per night for adults (ages 16 and older). This tax must be paid separately.
