Welcome to your private Cape Cod retreat in Sagamore, MA — a newly renovated luxury estate set on 1.63 private acres backing directly to state forest land. With over 4,300 square feet of beautifully updated living space, a private heated pool, jacuzzi spa, pool house, and direct access to walking trails, this home is designed for unforgettable group getaways, family vacations, company retreats, and stays near the Cape’s best beaches.
Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Sagamore Bridge, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. Spend your days at Sagamore Beach (3 miles / 8 minutes), Scusset Beach State Reservation (4 miles / 10 minutes), or walking the Cape Cod Canal (2 miles / 5 minutes), then return home to relax poolside, grill dinner, and unwind under the stars by the firepit.

•Hot tub is open year-round

Guests have access to the entire house and pool house, minus a locked owner's closet.
Other things to note
-Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. This individual must be physically on site during the reservation, no booking on someone else’s behalf.
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am, no parties allowed. Grounds for termination
-Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Out of respect for our neighbors and community, we do not allow any parties or any extra guests to keep noise at a minimum

-Please note there are 3 exterior cameras on site for security purposes: at the front door and both garages
-Winters in this area can be unpredictable. While the property is plowed and maintained, heavy snowfall or severe weather may temporarily limit access to outdoor amenities such as the pool, yard, or driveway. Pool opening dates are weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed in advance. We appreciate your understanding as safety and accessibility always come first.
-Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children under 14 are permitted to use the pool without adult supervision. No running around the pool area is permitted. No diving. No Glass in the pool. No pets in the pool.
-Guests have access to the entire home (minus the basement), main garage, fenced yard, and pool. There are a few locked closets with cleaning supplies.

The Sagamore Sanctuary far exceeded our expectations. Completely remodeled, the home looked brand new while still having all of the rustic charm you would expect to find on Cape Cod. Classic weathered siding, nautical touches and beautiful landscaping everywhere you looked, this estate was the perfect accommodation for our annual multi-generational New England getaway. It was nicely decorated, very spacious, had comfortable furniture and was bright and airy from morning until night. We also appreciated the extra care that Katie and Anthony put into making sure every space had everything we needed for our stay. From a fully stocked kitchen and toiletries in every bathroom to plenty of beach chairs and a complete s’mores kit, we had all the comforts we could hope for. The neighborhood was private, quiet and safe and we really enjoyed spending most of our evenings out by the stunning heated pool and relaxing on the sprawling back porch. The convenient location made it easy to spend our days traveling with a large group of kids, parents and grandparents. Some of our favorite stops were: visiting Brewster Flats, shopping in the Falmouth area, catching a stunning sunrise on the Sandwich Boardwalk, trying fresh saltwater taffy, exploring the 40-mile National Seashore, going out for a round of mini golf and ice cream, walking Mayflower Beach at low tide, climbing historic lighthouses & enjoying Tree House Brewery. We highly recommend this beautiful sanctuary in the heart of Cape Cod!
