- If the key fob or parking pass provided is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee for each.
- Early check-in is available from 12:00 - 1:59 PM for $60 or 2:00 - 3:59 PM for $30, based on availability—just check with us the day before your arrival.
ENTIRE BUILDING ACCESS
Guests will have access to all shared amenities that the property has to offer. This includes a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and sundeck (Open year-round | 10 AM – 10 PM), outdoor courtyards with a fire pit, rooftop entertainment lounge, clubhouse with billiards and TV, business center with printer, enclosed parking garage, BBQ grilling stations, coffee station, and games like pool table and cornhole.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Very clean and spacious. Laundry room and iron/board all included. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms along with a hair dryer. Felt very safe as you have to have your key fob to enter/exit everywhere. There is a rooftop pool (2nd floor) and a spot on the 6th floor to have a drink or 2( not a bar, you take your own). There is a workout area, pool table, and places to do some work if needed. Also a place to do yoga. Other people in the building were extremely nice when we passed by them our shared the elevator. We stayed on the 5th floor and overlooked a courtyard. There are a couple of courtyards and they are nicely maintained. Parking garage for one car if you have one. The property is in a nice section of downtown. Great to get out and walk the city. Whole foods a couple blocks away if you need groceries. Convenient to all of the stadiums and the Nascar museum.Host was VERY attentive and very detailed in all instructions. I would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. The price beats staying at a downtown hotel!

Great choice!!! I stayed for a full week. Much better than staying in a hotel. Was able to walk to the grocery store and cook instead of eating out every night. I had a separate area to work, relax and sleep. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. You can tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was easy to find.Our host was amazing—super responsive, kind, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We loved our stay here. The condo was close to everything. The pool area was great. We would definitely stay here again.
