Our space is located in the Sol e Mar Residence condominium, 3rd floor, apartment 305. Fully equipped with a double bed, Roku smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining and work area, air conditioning, wardrobe and iron; kitchenette with mini-fridge, Airfryer, sandwich maker, blender, two-burner induction electric stove, various utensils for preparing, consuming and preserving small meals; bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer, everything for a practical and comfortable stay. Sheets, blankets, and bath and beach/pool towels included. Please note: ⚠️ Not allowed: • Using windows to hang any clothing, towels, sheets, etc. We provide towel racks and portable clotheslines for this purpose.

PET RULES
Only small pets are allowed, one per stay (please inform us of the size in advance), in accordance with the condominium bylaws and regulations below:
1st – Owners must bring all necessary utensils and containers for the animal's stay (food, leash, and hygiene supplies).
2nd – The owner is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and furniture. If this occurs, the corresponding amount will be notified, according to the budget. 3rd – Cleaning up organic waste is the sole responsibility of the guest. 4th – We request that you avoid leaving the animal alone and that dogs bark persistently and continuously; we ask for your cooperation, common sense, and respect for other guests. 5th – Pets are only allowed in social areas and the elevator if they are being transported in carriers/bags or in the owner's lap. 6th – Animals are not allowed on beds or furniture. 7th – The use of towels or other materials from the apartment for animal hygiene is prohibited. 8th – Upon arrival with a pet for the stay, the guest becomes aware of the responsibilities at the time of... check-in.
