The Scandi: The Nordic Dual Suite Sanctuary
Imagine a space where light is the primary guest. As you step into The Scandi, your eyes are immediately drawn to the 3.6-metre glass panel in the living room, framing a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Mount Ainslie. This isn't just an apartment; it’s a sun-drenched retreat designed with a "separate yet together" philosophy, perfect for families or groups who value both connection and privacy.

A Morning Bathed in Soft Light

The day begins with the sun filtering through beautiful sheer curtains that drape every window. In the bedrooms, the aesthetic shifts to a warm, earth-toned palette with sand-colored linens. We have spared no effort on your sleep comfort, selecting premium Lyocell linen for its incredible softness and breathability.

The Master Wing: Features a plush Queen bed and private ensuite.

The Guest Wing: Designed with two single beds and its own private bathroom access.

The Living Space: For extra guests, the Koala sofa in the lounge effortlessly converts into a comfortable Queen bed.

Underfoot, you’ll feel the soft texture of natural wool carpet, perfectly complementing the solid oak furniture and iconic wishbone-shaped dining chairs that anchor the Nordic design.

The Gourmet & Wellness Experience

We believe a luxury stay is defined by the things you don’t have to bring with you. Our kitchen and bathrooms are stocked to a professional standard:

The Chef’s Kitchen: Beyond the oven and microwave, you’ll find an airfryer for quick gourmet meals. The pantry is a "home away from home," fully stocked with a variety of cereals, jams, spreads, milk, condiments, and sauces.

The Beverage Gallery: A dedicated tea and coffee station featuring a Nespresso machine and a curated selection of the finest teas.

The Wellness Suite: We provide high-quality towels, a hair dryer, and premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We’ve even included the small essentials: makeup remover pads, ear buds, and shower caps.

Entertainment & Connectivity

Whether you’re here for work or a digital detox, the technology is seamless. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the unit and a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, perfect for a Netflix night after a day of exploring.

Private & Communal Luxuries

Your private balcony is equipped with a Weber BBQ, allowing you to grill while taking in the Canberra air. However, the experience extends far beyond your front door:

The Rooftop Lounge: Head upstairs to the resident lounge for a sunset drink with stunning views of Canberra and the Brindabellas.

Fitness & Fun: Keep up your routine in the building’s fitness facility or challenge your group to a match in the communal games room.

Social Grilling: Use the rooftop communal BBQ area for a larger gathering against a mountain backdrop.

The Serena & Kevin Standard

As your hosts, we are obsessed with cleanliness. We know that a true sanctuary must be spotless to be restorative. Before you arrive, we personally perform a final inspection of the property, ensuring the oak surfaces are gleaming, the Lyocell sheets are perfect, and every amenity is exactly where it should be.

Welcome to The Scandi—your light-filled, Nordic home in the heart of the capital.
