The space

Welcome to this charming and comfortable apartment located in the
vibrant neighborhood of Sant Antoni, one of Barcelona’s most authentic
and lively areas.

The apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms:
one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for
families or friends traveling together. There is a modern bathroom with
a shower.

The bright living room is equipped with air conditioning, creating a
pleasant space to relax after a day exploring the city. The double
bedroom also has air conditioning for extra comfort. The apartment has
centralized heating, making it cozy during the cooler months.

The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated with the living area and is
well-equipped for preparing meals at home.

Thanks to its excellent location in Sant Antoni, you will be surrounded
by local restaurants, cafés, markets, and great public transport
connections, allowing you to easily explore all that Barcelona has to
offer.

* reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48
hours in

* time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7

* Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED
* under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that
* smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction
* from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is

* Parties and meetings: Parties
* or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive

* report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you
will have
* to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).

* Personal belongings: The
* property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft,
* robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur
within the
* facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the
necessary
* precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of
safety
* deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly
closed
* and secured. The security of personal property is the sole
responsibility
* of the guest.
