We started with the large living room of a 1960s apartment, and through passion and creative planning, we transformed it into a stunning, luxurious, contemporary space with Art Deco influences. A project that prioritizes comfort without compromising on style. Ideal for couples seeking a moment of intimacy and privacy, with both the Jacuzzi and the nearby beach at their disposal.

The property is very close to the ocean, the railroad, and the main road.
