The location was unbeatable as right in the center of Vernazza. Andre was very helpful and reached to us a few times to check in.
Stairs to reach were very steep so could be a issue for those with bad kneez

The location was perfect. Andrea met us in advance to store our suitcases until check-in time. He was very helpful and kind. The balcony was very nice and the apartment was good. Easy walk from the train station too.
The bed and the "couch" were very uncomfortable. They had AC but it did not reach the bedroom well. It was mainly for the living area. We also had very spotty wifi. Between the quality of the bed and lack of AC it was not comfortable to sleep. There are many more stairs than pictured. It is Cinque Terre but much more and steeper than pictured.
