Absolutely amazing place. Great pools and an amazing beach. There’s a 7/11 and Tops Daily nearby. The apartment had everything I needed. The host also provided bottles of water and two packs of chips, which was a really nice touch. The wifi didn’t work for the first 3 days, but the host fixed the issue very quickly. I’ve already booked this place again for December. It’s probably one of my favorite places in Pattaya now.
The only downside was the neighbours upstairs. They would drop cigarette ash and cigarette packs onto my balcony. They would also occasionally have loud arguments in the middle of the night, which would suddenly wake me up.

The room is big and comfy. The facility in the room are good. The room contain the Electric stove, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven. This place has the convenience store nearby and can access to private beach.
The room has a beach sand in the living room but after sweep, it's OK. The some parts of the pool are under renovated.

Good afternoon! He is a wonderful, honest person. We rented a place through his services and are happy with everything—the price was great, the accommodation was excellent, and we highly recommend him!
