A huge comfortable apartment with everything needed inside including variety of kitchen appliances like blender, juicer, toasters and many others, with a good and spacious refrigerator and a induction cooktop with a two standard and one extra large burners. Air conditioning is good and cools the air evenly. The balcony is sweet with a nice view of the Ifach. The beds were extremely comfortable for me and my partner, pillows are orthopaedic with a wide range of blankets of different thermal characteristics. The smart tv is a capable modern OLED panel. The apartment also included a parking garage slot, which I didn’t need then. The location is really spot on with a fantastic walkability: beach is 15 minutes away on a spectacular route on the cliffs of the Arenal-Bol beach, many grocery and convenience stores under 10 minutes and some smaller on in less than 3 minutes, the historical part is accessible in less than a couple of minutes as well. The bus stop to the town centre and the La Fossa beach is right in front of the building, the bus stop to the railway station is 10 minutes away. I can definitely recommend the stay.

No major concerns for me personally. Adding this only for those who finds these problems substantial to avoid any kind of surprise: The WiFi, especially if connected to the extension access point, can be slow and unstable. Sometimes the electricity gets tripped off when the water boiler actively heats the water. In the kitchen there’re places where small little ants are coming through to the inside of apartment. Both bathrooms have no cabinets nor vanity for storage. Keys collection and drop off are not in the same place as the apartment, but in a 10 minutes walk distance from it. Also be aware the building itself is situated on a town’s hill which is 65m ASL.
