I stayed at the Retro Palace Hotel for two nights, and the service truly exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Asil at the front desk—I arrived for a very late check-in in the early hours of the morning without any local cash on me. Instead of making it an issue, Mr. Asil was incredibly accommodating. He prioritized my comfort, checked me in right away, and allowed me to rest and settle the payment the next day after I had a chance to visit an ATM. That level of trust and empathy made a huge difference after a tiring travel day!

The room itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the bathroom toiletries—they currently come in very small jars, so offering standard-sized or extra toiletries would be a great addition.
