EVERYTHING!!! This place is a jewel in the desert! The Riad is beautifully and tastefully decorated in line with the culture. We felt really comfortable, at home and privileged to be in such wonderful environment as well as grateful for the oasis of calm and coolness in the Medina; whilst outside was over 38 degrees centigrade at times. I went with my son (29 yrs old) and daughter (24 yrs old) we all loved it and since being back home we can't stop raving about it. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and had great communication. Rokia our great cook overall (best tagine with prunes we had) and cleaner, kept the place spotless from top to bottom. I did not know that the cleaning of the flat was included in the cost. What a bonus! Great value for money! Breakfast was included and what a feast! Mr Abelkarim our contact was very kind and helpful, getting us wine & beer from the supermarket (at cost), it's difficult to find alcohol in Marrakech (within walking distance) and an inconvenience as you would need a taxi. Arranging airport transfers and being a good 'in between' the staff and us, when my poor French was below standard. Goggle translate was good for the French and Arabic translation but at times you need a human to assist and he was always at the end of the phone. The pool which is actually quite deep and the terrace were a welcoming escape to the heat of the day and got used a lot. When I asked my son for his feedback he said and I quote " beautiful decoration, great air conditioning , incredibly helpful manager, wonderful housekeeper, very clean and oasis of calm" My daughter just said " I loved everything, couldn't say anything negative" We highly recommend this Riad.! Nothing, there's nothing negative I could say about anything honestly!

Riad joliment décoré et bien équipé (machine à café,lave linge,fer à repasser,TV,jeux de société pour petits et grands) à seulement 10/15min de la place Jama El Fna. Abdelkarim est une personne très réactive, aux petits soins pour ses clients et répondant du mieux qu il peut pour satisfaire nos demandes, tout en respectant notre intimite. La personne qui s occupe du petit déjeuner et du ménage de la maison est très discrète. Nous lui avons également demandé de nous préparer un déjeuner (tajine poulet), tout était très bon ! Nous avons apprécié le fait qu il y ai également des boissons mise à disposition dans le frigo(moyennant rémunération) très pratique lorsqu on arrive de l'aéroport et que l'on a pas prévu.Vous êtes vraiment chez vous.
