Very clean and comfortable house. Location perfect 4-5 min walk to listowel square

We had the most amazing stay at David’s house. Honestly, it was one of those places that instantly makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The house is absolutely beautiful — full of history, charm and character — but also incredibly clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there, and even things we didn’t expect. You can really feel how much care David puts into hosting. He left us lovely treats, made sure the house was stocked with everything we might need, and gave super clear instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free. What really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt. David created a Google doc for us with recommendations and even planned out a detailed itinerary for both days of our trip with places to visit and timing suggestions. That level of care is honestly so rare and made our trip extra special. This didn’t feel like staying in a rental — it felt like staying in a real home. Warm, thoughtful and full of heart. We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you, David, for such a special stay!

We gave some housekeeping feedback to the host, so it all should be just ideal for the future guests.
