I liked the security of the apartment in a walled area with easy parking. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is set up for cooking with enough for one or two people to make meals. The microwave is great, too, for reheating foods from restaurants. There were enough utensils, also as well as a French Press available to use. The neighbors who live in the apartments there are very nice. I appreciate the screens on the windows. Decent closet space for clothing. Nice desk area for doing work. Decent TV and channels and good wifi. Good for one person staying simply. with minimal luggage.
The water pressure was not good at all. The size is small. One table very small, so eating was either on my lap or on the table next to the only "comfy chair". But the comfy chair had to be moved constantly to accommodate either watching TV or dressing. The comfy chair has metal legs and one leg collapsed on me while watching TV. The showers would have been better had the water pressure been good. Towels are hung behind shelves and not a usable way to do it. I tried to move the shelves and the maid moved it back. There should be more hangers for the towels in the bathroom.
