I booked 2 rooms for our family and both were very comfortable for our stay. The front office staff were able to assist with a rollaway bed for an extra person which assisted us greatly. It is not normal, but the hotel was able to guarantee a twin room as we were travelling with our elderly mother and so really needed a twin room. The rooms layout was configured well with a long galley kitchen with a coffee machine to use. Laundry facilities were in the apartment which was also great, if needed. Located in the main area of Havelock North and close to cafes and shops to pick up food and groceries. It is best to add in the car park space as parking to your booking as hard to find one anywhere else as 2 hour parking out the front of the hotel only.

No need for the staff to re-confirm booking every day leading up to the stay. Staff need to talk to each other and leave notes on the booking instead. Only need to call if they were unsure of our arrival time

Staff were very helpful, we were in town for a family gathering and they responded quickly to my queries prior to arrival. The location is great, walking distance to everything the Village has to offer. The accomodation has only just opened so everything is lovely and new. There were a few minor teething problems, which is to be expected. Staff handled these issues quickly and professionally. I recommend checking if you need to book parking prior to arrival.
