The location is perfect, close to the shops and the heart of Old Oia, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. It’s also an ideal spot to watch the sunset without having to deal with the crowds.

We absolutely loved the place, perfect location, perfect sunset, great terrace to watch the sunset.

However, I would advise the people in charge if this to be a bit more serious. The guy who came to give us the key was first, late, second not anticipating us even though I have indicated time of arrival, third, he was waking up, scratching his crotch and then passing us the keys. On check-out, we asked for help since 9am without response and then 5 minutes before 11am they came to kick us out, telling us we need to leave as another guest is arriving. These other guests had already arrived and we let them leave their suitcases because they two had been waiting for someone for two hours. So if we pay that much money for a night, this is the least thing that needs to be fixed.

The traditional cave-style design perfectly captures the charm of Santorini while offering every modern comfort. Our private terrace was simply magical. Watching the world-famous Oia sunset from our own terrace every evening was an unforgettable experience and one of the most beautiful moments of our vacation. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet only a three-minute walk from the heart of Oia. Everything is within easy reach, including restaurants, shops, and the famous viewpoints, while still allowing you to enjoy privacy and tranquility away from the crowds. Although breakfast is not included, this is completely normal for most accommodations in Oia and did not affect our experience at all. Instead, the hosts provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, arranged our airport transfers, and helped us book tours, making our entire trip completely stress-free.
