The apartment was conveniently located for my needs. Easy to find, with good parking, and close to the highway. The property was quiet, clean and well stocked with pots, pans etc for cooking. The host was super responsive and kind, ensuring they took care of an item I left behind. I will stay there next time I’m in town.

Exceptional service and cleanliness!

Not a thing

This was one of the most incredible Airbnbs I have ever seen. Completely 5-star and beyond! Everything was immaculate. Every appliance was just perfect, and the furniture was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a wow, every woman's dream. It was just phenomenal.

It needs some repairs. There were a couple of hiccups. I think the lights could be labeled. There were a lot of light switches, and wow, that took a while to get used to every day. I actually took some pictures. I was hoping to be able to email those. There was some lint stuff on the side of the dryer. There were clothes in the dryer, and we didn't quite know what to do with those. I thought the garbage can should be bigger under the sink, and I thought more regular coffee should have been left instead of four things of decaf. The tissue box was almost empty. It had six tissues in it, so I had to go get my own Kleenex. Again, I took a bunch of pictures, like the faucet. When you turn it on, it spritzes all the way over to the left, and I was like, "Oh, took a shower. Why did I turn the faucet on?" Things like that.

It does appear to be updated and had most things you would need for your stay. Centrally located to stores and restaurants.

The property was not cleaned at all. There was food and crumbs and even bugs on the floor couch and chairs. Floors were not swept. hairs in the bathtub and even in the bed sheets because they were not washed. The towels were put into Swans on the bed dirty. I contacted the manager and he offered to come clean it the next day at some point if I left and further inconvenience myself. I had to wash my own sheets and towels and couldn’t sweep because they had the brooms locked up. The neighborhood is not great. Lots of transients everywhere once you leave the gates of the complex.
