Hotel Amur

I liked that it was clean , not Monica clean but clean. I liked the amability of the staff. I also liked that we had AC in the room and mosquito net at the door of the balcony. They also invited us to a bonfire it was nice. I also like that it was close to the beach and another interesting thing that I saw is that it was pet friendly. The breakfast was good quality. The bed was comfortable and we did not hear noises while sleeping. The tv was having cable and we also had a small mini fridge in the room.

Where can I start? The fact that there are cracks in the wall even it is a new building. The electrical outlets felt not that safe a lot of cables exposed after the bed frame (not safe for kids). The drain in the shower got blocked from the sand from previous tenants and the water almost reached the room had to call cleaning. Also the bed is 140 cm the smallest for 2 people( we had our toddler in the room and talked on the phone before if the bed is big enough and they told us that 3 grown people can stay in that bed but I don’t imagine how). Also they don’t have restaurant to eat in the evening they offer only breakfast. They told us we have discount on a restaurant but it was very far we decided to go to a closer terrace to bunicul traznit to eat within walking distance. It feels like this place was missing the attention to details it has great potential with the right people to manage it and smart investment in fixing the issues.
