The centre of Massa Lubrense is just 800 metres away, providing access to restaurants, shops, cafes and public transport, while Sorrento can be reached in around 10 minutes by car or bus. A bus stop on the main road ensures connections across the peninsula.

Access is via a shared elevator that descends two floors towards the sea, followed by a short flight of approximately ten steps leading directly to the villa and its private access to the coastline.
