We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage by the sea. Better than advertised and so convenient to the area’s attractions. We’d happily book this property again on another visit to Mid Coast Maine!

We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved that we could bring our dogs with us. Dock over looking the water was our favorite part of the property.

It's fine as long as you go into it with the understanding that it's an old farm house that has been marginally mantained a not updated. A corner of the property has a water view which is pretty. After hours communication with the management company was slow. We stayed because it was one of the last available properties on a holiday weekend but would not go back.
