Located on the Domaine des Tilleuls, the Gîte du Prunus is situated on the park side between the Gîte de l'Érable and the Gîte de l'Olivier, near two other contemporary cottages and three stone cottages. The main room features a sleeping area (1 160-bed) and a kitchen/dining area opening onto a private terrace furnished with patio furniture. The bathroom, separate toilet, and a sleeping area (two 90-cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed—best suited for two children) are accessible from the entryway. The pool, the relaxation area with the spa, and the outdoor facilities (soccer field, badminton court, trampoline, pétanque court, etc.) are available for shared use by residents, along with a large wooded park. Many tourist attractions are located near the estate.
