Nice Home. Great location and convenient. We stayed a week with 2 teenagers. Close to I-5 and the Alderwood Mall. Check in very efficient but corporate. Expect to provide ID and to pay a graduated fee if you want to check in an hour early. Beds and Linens great! AC worked very well. Large garage and big driveway great for vehicle parking. Big back porch area nice but needs a few more chairs. Kitchen very nice with gas stove and quality appliances, but it was only moderately appointed. Had everything you need, but just barely. 8 spoons 5 cups, 1 strainer, 5 bowls, etc, They are nice appointments, just not plentiful. Couch, living room TV ( no TVs in bedrooms) , dining table, guest beds, etc, all nice and good quality. Security was good with deadbolts, hotel slide locks and good outdoor lighting. Neighborhood is nice and feels safe. Separation with downstairs rental unit OK, but if they cook something strong you may smell it and if there is a loud argument you can hear it. Overall, this is a good unit, in a very good location, and worth the stay if you get a moderate price. Would stay again.

Our first problem was the check in. We paid for 2 hour early check in but when we got to the property an hour early, the cleaners were still working and still had quite a bit left to do. The listing said the property was private. As we were renting a house, we assumed this meant we had the house and property ourselves. It turned out that there were people in the basement. We learned about this after arrival. The back deck was labelled "no trespassing" and so we could not ue it. This is not private.There were no instructions in the house for anything. We found the TV to be diffficult and, actually, ueless. We could have used information on when the garbage should go out, opening the front door, how to work the TV, where to find cleaning supplies, etc. It would have been nice to have recommendations for restaraunts and attracttions nearby, as we have had with other VRBOs we have stayed at.The fooseball table in the kitchen was in the way. It got bumped into on many occassions.The kitchen was not well stocked. For example, we could have used: coffee mugs (tiny tea cups were not useful), juice glasses, scissors, and other basic items. We loved the location of the house and the privacy provided by being on the cul-de-sac. The two car driveway was useful, and the house was a pleasant place to stay.We were travelling with my husband, my adult son and myself.
