1. Smoking & Vaping Policy
Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house or on the balconies.
Violation Fee: Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in an immediate $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
2. Pool & Spa Safety (The `No Glass` Rule)
No Glass by the Pool: For the safety of all guests and to prevent damage to the pool filtration system, absolutely no glass (bottles, cups, or bowls) is permitted on the pool deck or in the spa.
The `Glass Leak` Fee: If glass is broken in or around the pool area, a $2,000 fee will be charged. This covers the mandatory draining of the pool, professional glass shards removal, filter replacement, and refilling/re-chemicalizing the water. Plastic `shatter-proof` drinkware is provided in the kitchen for your use.
3. Occupancy & Quiet Hours
Max Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Exceeding this limit is a violation of local FMB ordinances and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low on the balconies and pool deck during these times.
4. Tech & Utilities
Elevator Use: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the elevator.
AC/Slider Rule: Please keep sliding doors closed while the Air Conditioning is running to prevent unit freeze-ups and energy waste.
5. Care of the Home
Shoes Off Policy: To preserve our brand-new flooring, we kindly ask that outdoor shoes be removed at the entry.
Elevator Etiquette: The elevator is provided for guest convenience and luggage; children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using it.
Kitchen & Surfaces: Please use coasters on all wood and stone surfaces. Do not place hot pans directly on the countertops.
Furniture: Please do not rearrange or move the indoor or outdoor furniture.
Sand Management: Please use the outdoor shower/wash station to rinse off sand before entering the home or the pool/spa area.`

I can’t say enough good things about Steps to Go in Fort Myers. The house was immaculate, in a perfect location—just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The elevator was a huge help for our whole family, and the barbecue plus pool area was fantastic. The host was incredibly responsive and very welcoming. It was close to everything we needed—just a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The house is brand new, beautifully decorated, and everything was spotless. We especially appreciated the nice GE Café appliances. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from the beach with a very short, easy walk. It's also within walking distance of great food trucks, including Love Boat Ice Cream and Mojo's Coffee Café.The elevator was a huge plus for accessibility and worked well for our manual wheelchair, though larger power wheelchairs may find it too small. Thoughtful extras included several beach chairs, beach wagon, a large rolling cooler, and board games for kids.The pool was a great size, with a depth that's perfect for families with children, and we enjoyed using the grill.A few minor suggestions: the beach umbrella is only large enough for one or two people, so larger groups may want to bring their own. The pool area could use more lounge chairs; there were only two. There were also two Adirondack chairs and umbrella on the deck but the umbrella was broken. They also tipped over several times in the wind. Our group cooked out for the Fourth and would have appreciated grilling utensils. Overall, these were minor issues. The beautiful home, unbeatable location, and excellent host made for a fantastic vacation, and we'd gladly stay here again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the home is beautifully decorated.Our group enjoyed the pool, wonderful access to the beach as well as high speed Internet.I have never stayed at a property that provided sharp knives. It was a joy to cook there.The host responded to my questions and any concerns in a timely manner.Thank you for sharing this home with us.Theresa SR

This property was amazing! It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, has a super nice pool and amenities. The host was extremely responsive throughout the entire stay and helpful with any and all concerns. I recommend this booking for all groups and will definitely be coming back!
