The whole apartment is yours, including the balcony and one secure car park, with a lift up to your floor. The pool, spa, sauna, gym and sun deck are shared with other residents of the building.



Your Five Star Focused check-in guide arrives by email and in our guest app two days before arrival, with directions, parking and building access details.



Check-in is from 3pm. A member of our local team meets you at the building to hand over your two keys and show you around. Arriving after 5pm? We'll send self check-in instructions instead.



Early check-in, late check-out and mid-stay cleans can be requested through the guest app, subject to availability.

Once you've parked, you probably won't need the car. The beach, Mauao, Pilot Bay and downtown are all walkable, and your secure car park is in the building, with a lift to your floor.



Tauranga Airport is roughly a 10–15 minute drive, and taxis and Uber operate locally. Baybus services connect the Mount with Tauranga and Papamoa. A car is handy for day trips around the Bay of Plenty.
