During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This coastal 1 BR with private Den condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The place was very clean. The host was excellent to work with, and had people that were very responsive when I sent text messages with questions. The beach view was amazing, and the pool area was relaxing. My family used the gym multiple times, and we played pickle ball on their pickle ball court. We would definitely stay there again. We left something behind, and so far they have been very responsive and found our item, and are shipping it back, which I did not expect.

Facilities were great, 2 pools, tiki bar, ice cream shop, shuffle board, court yard and ocean front beach. The condo itself, especially the kitchen could use some tlc. Bathrooms were nice the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, you roll to the middle, fans were filthy didn’t dare turn them on. Fortunately we had great weather and no need to be in the condo. Ate out the three days but that was the plan. Still give 4 stars because the facility is great.
