Spend your days strolling on the beach and swimming in the community pools, and your evenings cooling off in central air conditioning, preparing homemade meals in your full kitchen, and sipping cocktails outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a host of resort-style facilities downstairs.
The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was clean and a great place to stay. I would re-rent when looking for a 2 bedroom. At times I need a 3 bedroom. Within walking distance to grocery, coffee shop and a couple restaurants.
