Pintail Point is a bayfront complex on the shores of Assawoman Bay, where it sits three-quarters of a mile west of the ocean beach. You'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway, with Northside Park just over two miles north. The center of Fenwick Island is only four miles north, while the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is just over five miles south. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
