The Space:
The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. DEN INCLUDES ACCORDIAN STYLE PARTITION FOR PRIVACY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the kitchen. King bed was very comfortable. Thes the folding door to the den.

The Seawatch is very family friendly. Our condo was very clean upon arrival. The company we booked with even gave us a little starter pack with toilet paper paper towels soap etc. Which I thought was really nice. Only issue was the master bathroom sink does not drain well other than that it was a perfect vacation!

Very nice and clean. Great view of the basketball court, where my teen spent most of his time. Washer and dryer were large capacity and like new. Not much room in the laundry area to move around, but manageable. We would stay here again.
