This townhouse is wonderfully located on the oceanfront on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and one block south of the Delaware state line, across which you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is our 2nd year staying here. We absolutely love it. The house is comfy, has everything we need and is in a perfect location! It's our favorite place to stay when we go to OCMD. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Wonderful decks for sitting out and enjoying the ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! Street parking was readily available. Loved this unit!

The house was very nice. The pre-cleaning was the problem. There was what appeared to be brown human waste on the toilet seat in the second floor bathroom that my 16 year old granddaughter found. In the second floor bayside bedroom there was what appeared to be candy wrappers, a tooth pick, a coin and a bottle top under the beds. In the master bedroom on the first floor there was a 6 inch stain in the middle of the carpet. We enjoyed the house and the location, it was the pre-cleaning that could have been more thorough.
