Downstairs: a king bedroom with a glass door to the fenced backyard, a living room, and the kitchen with an island and bar seating. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. A laundry area with a washer and dryer sits off the kitchen.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two queen beds, reached by a staircase of 16 steps, with a small seating nook by the window and a closet.
One full bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves both bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry area, and the fully fenced backyard. Check in is self check-in with a smart lock, codes are sent through the app at 3 PM on arrival day. Getting Around:
A car or rideshare is recommended to get around, Thunderbolt is a residential area. Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive and Tybee Island is about 15 minutes. Savannah Hilton Head International Airport is about 25 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
The home is in a residential neighborhood directly behind Thunderbolt Elementary School. The school has portable classroom buildings visible from the front yard, and recess noise may be audible on weekday mornings during the school year; weekends, evenings, holidays, and summer break are quiet. Quarterly pest control is done, but palmetto bugs and wasps can still appear outdoors.
