Plymouth Collection: 4BD 3BA with Rooftop & Lobby

The location was great! Right next to the L. The ability to park across the street was great. The parking guy tried to make me pay for my one car, but I was able to communicate with the host very quickly to get it taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. With 4bdrms and 3 full baths, it was a great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed eating on the roof top, and kids enjoyed the pool table in the lobby.

Positives plenty of space for 6 people. The location was very convenient for walking to attractions and clean. 3 bathrooms were great! 90% of the communication was good. Unfortunately there was a lot of confusion about parking. Description said parking was included for 1 vehicle but the people working at the car lot had no information and wanted to charge. I called to speak with the company renting out the unit to get clarification about the parking and make sure everything was ok they said they would call me back. I politely asked to hold and they said ok then hung up on me. I was able to message and get more information but the attendant did not have information. For future renters I would suggest a QR code that the parking attendant can use as confirmation. Several smoke alarms were disconnected from the ceiling. Only one was in a room that went off at 3am in the morning that woke everyone up. I'm guessing the battery wasn't fully charged. Some reading lights had missing light bulbs. Two of the rooms cooled properly the other two were very warm and at the same setting as the others. Overall it worked out.
