Direct oceanfront with large oceanfront deck. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Everything was great. Nice and clean. This is our third time staying at this unit and we loved it. Having three parking spaces was great. Hoping to return soon!

Location. Location Location.Did I mention the views,?Fireworks in front of us.Ferris wheel to right. Great light display. Host failed to provide LSD for watching all the pretty colors on Ferris wheel.Some issues, but unimportant.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. It has an amazing view and right on the boardwalk. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out after a 12 hour drive.

Condo was dirty. Found a receipt in bed room from 8/24. It’s 1/25. Amount of dust in room with air unit was crazy. No can opener. Microwave oven door handle broken. Asked for early check in off season and was told not available good unit just not well managed
