The MEG is a brand new construction home in the heart of Seacrest and is everything you need for the perfect 30A getaway. This neighborhood offers incredible shopping, dining, and scenic charm. Cruise the cobblestone streets by bike and take in everything Seacrest has to offer. You’ll also find convenient tram stops throughout the community providing free seasonal transportation to the beach, along with access to a world-class 12,000 sq ft lagoon-style pool.



As you walk into the home, you’re welcomed by a bright, open floor plan with direct views of the private backyard and pool. After a day at the beach, come back and cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
