Great golf options like Eagle's Landing abound within easy reach of home and you'll also find some great family entertainment options within a three-mile radius, including Frontier Town Waterpark, Baja Amusements, and the Ocean City Boardwalk.
The home's four-story interior comes beautifully furnished from top to bottom with stylish decor and all-new amenities and appliances.
Serving as the home's central gathering place, the second floor features a spacious, open-concept design blending the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Parking notes: Park 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalks or street.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is a brand new house. Beautiful and comfortable. The layout was perfect for a large family with lots of space and beds. The kitchen is beautiful and clean, lacking in a few kitchen items, but is expected with a new place. The neighborhood is lovely with families around and felt very safe. The location is close enough to the harbor and beach area but far enough away that it is safe and quiet. Just a quick drive to everything. We would definitely stay again.
