The Space:
Airy and offering a prime location right on the beach, this family-friendly, waterfront condo is definitely the best choice for your next escapade to the beach! Spend lovely evenings resting in your private, beachfront balcony with a cold beverage in hand, or snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV with cable for an entertaining time with your loved ones. This condo’s fully-equipped kitchen has every appliance you could think of to make cooking a breeze. It includes a convenient dishwasher that will take care of things once mealtime is over. Another great convenience is an on-site washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and access to a community outdoor pool.
Things to Know
No pets and no smoking, please.
EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the parking lot.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location was absolutely the best! There are some updates needed though. The mattresses on the beds could be better and the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable. Also, the internet was not working properly the entire time we were there.

This TH had a lovely ocean front location, however it was in sort of rough condition. You could tell it has been a rental unit for a while. Not a terrible experience by any means, but we were thankful for nice weather while we were there so we could spend lots of time outdoors.
