Sunny pool days, rooftop dinners, morning pickleball, and warm Baja evenings — Villa Miramar #5 was designed for enjoying summer in Los Barriles.

Located in a private boutique community in the heart of downtown, this beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa offers the perfect setup for families, groups of friends, pickleball travelers, or multiple couples looking for a relaxed and comfortable Baja getaway close to everything.

The home features open living spaces, modern finishes, comfortable furnishings, and a bright welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy beach town living at a slower pace. Located on the second level, the villa offers elevated views and a bright open feel throughout the living spaces.

The private rooftop terrace is the heart of the experience. With cozy lounge seating, a full outdoor kitchen, and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains, it becomes the perfect place for slow breakfasts, sunset cocktails, grilling fresh seafood, or gathering under the stars after a day at the beach or pool.

Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool and pickleball court within an intimate community of only eight villas, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere without the feel of a crowded resort.

One of the best parts of Villa Miramar #5 is the location. Restaurants, cafés, shops, the beach, and local activities are all nearby, making it easy to enjoy the walkable Baja lifestyle while still having a beautiful private space to come home to after a full summer day in Los Barriles.
