You can enjoy a wonderful view from the 10m² terrace of the Kvarner gulf, the islands of Krk and Cres and the town of Rijeka. The garden measures 500m². The balcony on the upper floor affords a wonderful view over the sea. The courtyard also has a fruit and vegetable garden and there are shady spots too. A parking space is available in the shade. The Highlight is the pool with 60 m².

The detached holiday house can accommodate up to six people and is on two floors. The ground floor provides around 50m² of living space and consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a sofa bed for two people. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge and a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster can be provided on request. There is a dining space with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath. The first floor with around 45m² of living space consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, the second a double bed and the third a single bed or a double bed for children. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available. A cot can be provided on request. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

Owing to the secluded location, everyday amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, Internet café, hospital and the centre are more than a kilometre away.

The owners do not live on site. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We love animals and are happy to welcome your four-legged companions. However, the maintenance of our property and a pleasant experience for future guests are very important to us. Pets are allowed on the pool terrace, but not in the pool itself. They are perfectly fine in the outdoor area by the pool, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not want them to enter the water.
