Experience a laid-back bayside retreat on South Padre Island designed for comfort, flexibility, and easy island living. With a unique layout that includes a separate bunkhouse, this downstairs condo is perfect for families or groups who want space to spread out while still staying connected.

Downstairs, a staircase leads you to a cozy outdoor patio, an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee and ease into the day. Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a warm, inviting space to gather. Comfortable seating, a large TV, and a stylish fireplace make it perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the dining table, counter seating, and an additional expandable table ensure there’s room for everyone. A sofa sleeper in the living room adds extra sleeping flexibility.

On either side of the living space, two bedrooms offer peaceful places to recharge. The primary features a king bed, smart TV, serene mangrove views, and ensuite access to a shared bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, and views of the deck, with easy access to the same bathroom from the main living area.

Just off the main space is the bunkhouse, a fun, flexible retreat that feels like its own private hideaway. Perfect for teens or additional guests wanting their own space, it features a lofted full bed with TV, a separate lounge area with a futon and TV, a kitchenette for quick snacks, and a small expandable dining table. With its own ensuite bathroom and full-size washer and dryer, it offers both comfort and independence.

Step outside to the expansive back deck, where island breezes and bay views set the scene. Fire up the grill, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor seating area as the sun sets over the Laguna Madre Bay.

With two tandem parking spaces accommodating up to four vehicles, parking is simple and stress free. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience, making it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach before settling in for the evening.
