Welcome to Piratenkoje, a welcoming and comfortable holiday apartment in the heart of Flensburg. Located on the second floor, this 60 m² apartment offers a thoughtfully designed layout featuring a combined living and sleeping area with a large double bed, a gallery with a single bed, and a separate tiny bedroom for one child. It is the perfect retreat for up to four guests and is equally suitable for families with children or travellers looking for a relaxing stay in a central location.

The interior features high-quality vinyl flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. A separate dining area provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals together in private. The bathroom offers modern comfort with a toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, and a bathtub with shower. For added convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a private washing machine, ironing facilities, and a clothes drying rack.

Modern amenities include reliable Wi-Fi with speeds of at least 25 Mbps, a 35–44 inch TV with digital cable service and international channels, and a desk for work or personal tasks. Your safety is ensured with a smoke detector as standard.

One of the apartment's greatest advantages is its outstanding location. Situated directly in the city centre, the waterfront is only 50 metres away, while the ferry terminal can be reached within 250 metres. Shops and restaurants are just 100 metres from the apartment, making a car unnecessary for everyday needs. A free private parking space is available directly on the property. Please note that due to the narrow driveway, the vehicle must not be wider than a VW Golf. Pet owners are also welcome, as up to two pets can stay by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

The central location provides excellent access to a wide range of activities. Whether you wish to explore museums and theatres, stroll through Flensburg's historic old town, or enjoy outdoor activities such as sailing, swimming, cycling, or hiking, everything is within easy reach. Public transport is also conveniently located just 50 metres away. Contactless check-in and check-out ensure maximum flexibility and convenience throughout your stay. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and all windows are fitted with privacy screens for your comfort.
