Located in Lychen, this 82 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video calls, a private TV, washing machine, and underfloor heating throughout the house built in 2019. Families will find 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books available.

Relax in your private garden or on the south-facing open terrace with seating. A private grill invites you to dine outdoors. On-site, you’ll find fresh herbs, homemade jam, vegetables, and fruit from the garden.

Two shared parking spaces are available, and public transport connections are nearby. Kronsee Lake with a swimming beach and sunbathing lawn is just 850 m away. Please note: Events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside—smoking is permitted on the terrace. Linowsee Lake can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.

Your hosts live on the property but not in the booked house. Arrival is easiest by car, as public transport runs less frequently during holidays. The house is directly on the road to the holiday camp; during arrival and departure times, there is increased traffic. A rowing boat is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. They are not changed automatically during your stay—upon request, you can exchange used linen and towels for fresh ones (for an extra fee).
