Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. No pets. Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.

Close to beach and dining. Quiet community.

The rooms were nice and there were enough towels for everyone. The home is older and a little outdated but who cares when you’re at the beach! It served its purpose. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so, we paid extra for these and didn’t need to. Nice place and has everything you’d need for a week at the beach. Outdoor shower is a plus!!

We love Mallard Lakes and have stayed in several condos over the years. We found this unique 3 bedroom, which is why we chose it this year. We enjoyed the extra space. However, the ceiling fan in the living room did not work all week and the tv options were very limited. We were only able to log into our Netflix. Everything else we had subscriptions for required the owners “roku pin” to access.
