Downtown Falmouth has some of the Cape's best options for dining and entertainment, and the town of Woods Hole offers museums and many other attractions four miles south! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Outdoor shower The fireplace is not for guest use. *This house is intended for families. No parties, please. We stayed a week in Falmouth at The Happy Place. The house was big enough for everyone - 6 adults and 4 kids. House was clean and had the essentials. It was walkable to Woodneck Beach which is a great beach for kids! Just crossing over Sippewissett was a bit nerve wracking because there’s no sidewalk and a couple blind spots.
House is also a great location - everything was only a 10-15 min drive. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this lovely home in February due to a family emergency. The house itself was great, however communication with property management was subpar. We did not receive check in information until an hour before we checked in, and only after we called for assistance. In addition, the driveway was indistinguishable as it had not been plowed. We reached out to the property managers for assistance and after two days they finally responded to us and informed us that snow accumulation is our responsibility to shovel. We reiterated we weren't referencing snow that accumulated after our arrival, but prior to our arrival. It took another two days for property management to respond but we had already checked out.
