Freshly renovated with new furnishings and appliances throughout, this single-story home brings an extra sense of ease and polish to any Cape Cod getaway.

Nicely upgraded, except for AC, no washer or dryer. The AC is probably not an issue in cooler months. Leaving windows open all the time is not the safest plan, especially with the Vacassa sign out front.

The property was very cute, location was decent as well. Only downside was no air conditioning, we were fortunate with it not being as hot as it could be for summer temps, however had it been any warmer it would have been slightly uncomfortable. The house was clean and well kept.
