Couldn’t beat the location for the boardwalk, the beach, and the strip! It was so clean, comfortably air conditioned, and smelled great too! Thank you for your prompt correspondence when needed. The screened in porch was a nice “outdoor” space, but the picnic table in the yard needs a little TLC;). We loved off season Rehoboth!

In this rental, you hear everything that happens upstairs. When they walk, what they're watching on TV, when they flush the toilet, and everything they say. Which makes you wonder, "They can probably hear everything we do as say as well". The place was otherwise good. No stove so you for a kitchen you just have Fridge, toaster and microwave. No couch either. TV in the living room has 2 chairs if that's what you're trying to do. Location was great. Very walkable to beach and fun.
