Just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and pools, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, remodeled well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with a view of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Plus, the owner is offering guests use of their private beach locker. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental home features carpet in bedrooms and den only. The remainder of the condo is tiled.

Large unit, clean, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable/clean sofas, new washer/dryer and great seating/drying rack on balcony. Great breeze/view and no one running past door being the last condo in the row!

We stay in this unit almost every year, and it’s always a pleasant stay. We were surprised by the housekeeping oversight this year, but we’d book this unit again.

View of ocean, clean rooms, shower pressure was very good, appliances are nice and updated, furniture comfortable and carpets relatively new, filtered water and ice on fridge

The property was as described from a layout/furniture perspective. My complaints/disappointment is mostly with the management company. Upon arrival the condo was not cleaned well. The dishes in dishwasher were still dirty, there were random clothes in the dryer, and the floors were very dirty. I have a crawler (1 year old) and his hands and legs were black with dirt by the time we put him down to bed that first night. The screen door was also broken. I submitted a ticket first thing in the morning and had to follow up 3 times. The screened door was fixed 3 days later and no communication on when/if it would be fixed, despite follow-up. The unit was never properly cleaned despite the complaint. Also, there was a booster seat available in the unit but it was disgustingly dirty. Finally, there was no blow dryer available in the unit which I would think is a very basic amenity
