THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. We loved all the amenities, cleanliness and size of bathrooms. The kitchen was my husband’s favorite place. I cannot wait to come back.

Home had a nice wooded location, close to the tram stop and nearby pool. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. A bit noisy from the upstairs neighbors and wifi frequently cut in and out but we had a very good experience. Would definitely rent here again.

This is a very nice unit that is comfortable. This is our second year in this unit and we hope to comeback next year.

My family and I have been coming to Sea Colony for years. Always a great experience. New unit this year and was very pleased of how clean the unit was. The property staff always excels with customer service. Thank you all for another wonderful vacation.
