The unit’s location is perfect. It has a great view of the lake and is situated near the resort’s entrance. The interior is very clean and sufficiently equipped with items. While the exterior sitting areas are great, they should be cleaned better before guests arrive. My family and I had to clean the patio tables and chairs before use. Also, we did not bother with the patio outside of the secondary bedroom, as it would have required too much work for paying customers. Overall, I would suggest this unit for anyone looking to stay at Kingston Resorts for an affordable price.
