Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers wonderful views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and numerous activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample unique cuisine from the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building. This modern, bright condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, and an oceanfront balcony. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. The unit is in a nice location - close to Sea Colony amenities and beach, walking distance to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, and a gorgeous view. Overall very clean and spacious. We got used to the stairs (no elevator) and enjoyed being on the quiet end of Sea Colony. Just a few quirks about the condo, like the inconvenient dishwasher and light switch placements.

THE OCEAN VIEW! We have spent the last twelve summer vacations at Sea Colony. The convenience of this unit, and the other Annapolis Garden Condo's to the number one pool, and the beach, and the view has us returning year after year. Sea Colony is a well run and maintained complex. We will return next year.

Love the location but there are always things broken that never get fixed. Finally finally replaced AC after suffering the entire week last season.
