Clean and well-appointed, great area, excellent communication, no issues at all.

This is a beautiful, newly refurbished property in the heart of downtown Boston. It is extremely convenient and walkable to almost everything - just a couple of blocks to Fenway, the Museum of Fine Art, and Newbury Street. We enjoyed being so close to so many things and definitely got our steps in! The apartment had everything we needed, was beautiful and clean, and impressively maximized the small space. The bedding was soft, and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated having a fully stocked kitchenette, and the washer/dryer combo machine also came in handy. The listing says the couch is a full-size pull-out, but we could not figure out how to transform it. It was still comfortable for my teenager regardless. Check-in and check out were very easy, and our host sent easy-to-understand, detailed instructions on how to get into the building and the unit. It is important to note that the unit is on the third floor, with only stairs access. We did have a minor issue while staying, and the host was VERY responsive and took care of it immediately. Overall, it is a beautiful space, and we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay there again.
